「時間ギリギリに」

just in time

just(ちょうど)+in time(時間内に)で「ちょうど時間に間に合って」「時間ギリギリに」のイメージです。

before the time by which it is necessary for something to be done

「ぎりぎりバスに間に合った。」

I was able to submit the paperwork just in time.
「ぎりぎり書類を提出できた。」

the last(最後の)+minute(時間)で「最後の時間に」「土壇場に」「時間ギリギリに」のイメージです。
