「他に何か～するものはありますか？」
⇒答えは「具体的なもの」
Is there anything else ～ ?
「他に～するものはありますか？」
⇒答えは「Yes/No」
What else～ ?
「他に何か～するものはありますか？」の表現になります。whatで聞かれているので答えは「具体的なもの」になります。また、後に続く文の単語は疑問文の並びになります。
