今回は、「以外」の英語表現をまとめていきます！

①Except ※文頭では使われない
②Except for
「～を除いて」
②Except for

「その美術館は月曜日を除いて開いている。」
「その美術館は月曜日を除いて開いている。」
Except for this room the wallpaper is white.
「この部屋以外、壁紙は白だ。」
「この部屋以外、壁紙は白だ。」

exceptと同様に、あるもののほかでのイメージです。

こちらもexceptと同様に、あるもののほかでのイメージです。
ちなみにbesidesは「〜に加えて、さらに」と言う意味を持つ前置詞ですが、besideは「〜の隣、そばに」と言う意味を持つ前置詞となるので、ご注意を！
