「逃げる」

escape

一般的な「逃げる」を意味します。

to leave a place when someone is trying to catch you or stop you, or when there is a dangerous situation
LONGMAN

He broke down the locked door and escaped.
「鍵のかかったドアを壊して脱出した。」

In the event of an emergency, please escape through the escape door.
「緊急時は避難口から逃げてください。」

run(走る)+away(離れて)で「逃げる」を意味します。

to leave a place, especially secretly, in order to escape from someone or something
LONGMAN

He ran away because the dog scared him.
「犬が怖くて彼は逃げた。」

You’d better run away from here as soon as possible.
「早くここから逃げたほうがいいよ。」

こちらもget(出る)+away(離れて)で「逃げる」を意味します。

to escape from someone who is chasing you or trying to catch you
LONGMAN

The three men got away in a stolen car.
「3人は盗難車で逃走した。」

We knew it wouldn’t be easy to get away from the police.
「警察から逃げるのは簡単ではないことはわかっていた。」
