「私は～のように主張します。」はどのように英語で表現するのでしょうか？
今回は英語で「主張する」の英語表現をまとめていきます！
とりあえずここだけ覚えて！！

根拠、証拠はないけど「主張する」

他の人が反対、異議を唱えたとしても主張を通すというイメージです。
to say firmly or demand forcefully, especially when others disagree with or oppose what you say:

以下のような形で使われます。
・insist on + 名詞
・insist that + 節
・insist that + 節
He insisted on the need for money.
「彼はお金の必要性を主張した。」
「彼はお金の必要性を主張した。」
She insisted that love is the most important thing in life.
「彼女は愛が人生において一番大切だと主張した。」
「彼女は愛が人生において一番大切だと主張した。」
assert
真実だと思っていることを確固たる自信をもって主張するというイメージです。

以下のような形で使われます。
・assert + 名詞
・assert that + 節
・assert that + 節
He asserts that she stole money.
「彼は彼女がお金を盗んだと主張している。」
「彼は彼女がお金を盗んだと主張している。」
My son asserts the existence of Santa Claus.
「私の息子はサンタクロウスの存在を言い張っている。」
「私の息子はサンタクロウスの存在を言い張っている。」
claim
証拠がなく、他の人から信じられないかもしれない状況で主張するというイメージです。
ちなみに、日本語で「クレームをつける」といいますが、英語のclaimにはこの意味がありません。
代わりにcomplainという単語が使われます。
